4R Strategic Communications principal Harold J Adams developed his skills of gathering, synthesizing, analyzing and clearly presenting information over three decades as a journalist across radio, television, newspaper, and digital. His education includes policy analysis and business with bachelor of science in political science, and master of business administration degrees from the University of Louisville. In 2024 he became one of only 179 people to hold the FEMA designation of Executive Public Information Officer through training at the National Disaster and Emergency Management University. He has more than a decade of experience in communications planning as a public agency communications leader.
